[Denemo-devel] The values of DenemoPref_xxx scheme variables

For integer preferences these are currently a string representation of
the integer. So "1" for what would more naturally be #t in scheme.

Since you can test the type of a variable this could be changed (a bit
more work from the C side).  But if we want to change, it should be done
right now (and all files below actions/menus checked for the string
DenemoPref_ to make any changes needed).

Also, the scheme variables may not be set up for the first use of Denemo
(i.e. no ~/.denemo/denemorc) which needs fixing.
