[Denemo-devel] Enhance Stop Key to avoid haning notes ("Midi Panic")

Is it possible to let the Stop Key send an "All Notes Off" and "Sustain Pedal 
Off", too? And maybe you have other ideas.
Right now it just stops the playback which often results in hanging notes 
because they don't receive a proper note-off.

If you don't want to use the stop button for that maybe the first press is a 
normal stop and the second stop (if !play) does the All Things Off.
