Follow-up Comment #2, bug #27750 (project denemo):

OK, I can duplicate the problem.  This version is Windows XP, 0.8.8, maybe
should be modified if your screen is bigger.

This script creates 4 staffs with the bottom partly hidden, and impossible to
scroll vertically:
(d-AddAfter)
(d-AddAfter)
(d-AddAfter)
(d-G)

Just hit OK when each dialog pops up.
Basically the G (below middle C) is too low to be seen but Denemo doesn't
seem to know the staff just moved its position and won't let you scroll. 
Other things can trigger the problem as well, viz. anything that readjusts the
vertical positions of the staffs.
