Details:

Using 0.8.8 on Windows XP.
When using Change1, Change2, etc..., if the note had a dot, and you change
its base duration, it loses the dot.  Is this desirable?
E.g., enter an E dotted-8th note, then use Change2, it becomes a plain
quarter note.
