Details:
Perhaps things would be simpler if instead of having separate commands for
Set Initial Clef and Insert Clef (or time signature etc.), there would be one
command that did both. There could be a check box for "set initial", and it
would be unselected by default unless the cursor was on the first beat of the
staff. This would reduce the number of keyboard shortcuts to remember.
