[Denemo-devel] Uploaded Windows binary to savannah

I've uploaded the windows build of 0.8.2 to Savannah. I got this
message:

The authenticity of host 'dl.sv.gnu.org (199.232.41.75)' can't be

which I can't say I understand. It takes a while for the file to appear
on the mirrors, it seems (the tarball was absent on some and present on
others).
