[Denemo-devel] Custom cursors.

I've pushed my work on custom cursors. Access is via Command Management.
You can set the cursor for any combination of the allowed keyboard
modifiers and/or mouse presses or drags.
I'll work on a Default.cmdset that uses cursors to indicate when notes
are being dragged up and down in pitch, or from place to place, or when
slurs/cresc/... are being drawn/
I've also done some tidying which has resulted in many files being
changed so update before doing more work.
