[Denemo-devel] Right & Left mouse buttons

I've extended the mouse shortcuts scheme to include left and right
buttons. The menu labels show the shortcut as, for example

PrsL-Shift

where PrsL is for Press left button and Shift means hold shift key while
doing it.

RlsL-Shift is for the action to take on releasing the Left button.

There are now a very large number of customizable mouse gestures: we
should include some examples in Default.cmdset. I suggest Begin/End
Slur, Begin/End cresc, Begin/End dim.
Any other popular ones?
On the subject of Default.cmdset, has anyone tried Nils contribution on
a US keyboard. We should probably avoid key shortcuts that are not
commonly available.
