Major enhancement to mouse functionality. (was Re: [Denemo-devel] A new idea)

I've just checked in a major enhancement to mouse functionality in
Denemo. Now it is possible (for example) to put slurs in by clicking and
dragging from note to note.
This is only the first step in the implementation: there is, as yet, no
saving of the settings (which will be done in the same way as saving
keyboard shortcuts).
Also, no documentation yet; briefly, when you right click on a menu item
you get an option to set that item to be fired off on the press or
release of the mouse button. If you right-click with Shift pressed, then
you get to set Shift-Mouse Press &/or Shift-Mouse Release, and so on for
other combinations.
You can even choose to have different things happen depending on whether
CapsLock in on, and use the exotic modifiers (penguin etc).
There will need to be a status bar to keep you abreast of your settings.
