[Denemo-devel] Blank measures in polyphonic voices.

In polyphonic voices it is better for a blank denemo measure to mean
skip (rather than whole measure rest). I've fixed exportlilypond.c to do
this.
It means if you have just one voice on a staff and leave a measure with
nothing in it you get a whole measure rest. Any additional voices on
that staff with empty measures will not add whole measure rests by
default.
