[Denemo-devel] added guile-1.8.pc

I added guile-1.8.pc to denemo. This way users who do not have guile >=
1.8.5 can compile. I also edited the configure.in to use pkg-config
guile instead of g-wrap. 

I merged the master with 0.8.0. At this point should I freeze 0.8.0 and
no longer merge it with master? Except in this direction stable-0.8.0 ->
master.
