I've added the missing files - one of denemo.conf denemorc.xml must be
redundant. I don't know if its possible to work out what po/Makefile.am
should be based on po/Makefile.in, but the fact that it is missing is
probably why I have often been unable to build po - thanks for spotting
this.
I think we should be aiming to re-build the .in files everytime we
change a .am so that downloaders only have to ./configure, make, make
install.
