[Denemo-devel] Added instrument names example: issue about LilyPond version

I've added an example to the gallery that shows how to print the
instrument names before the staff, and the short instrument name on
subsequent staffs. This raises an interesting case, as the notation for
this has changed in LilyPond since 2.8.7 which is what is shipping with
Debian. If anyone is running the 10 series Lilypond, can they try this
and see if the convert-ly is doing its stuff?
When we want to move Denemo on to issuing a higher version number we
will need to change the example or ensure that its LilyPond version
stays stuck by editing the main Prolog (which will then be stored with
the example).
