OK. It builds fine. Unfortunately after a make install I click help on
denemo and the file that is rendered has broken links to all the include
images and example images. The doc/images directory and its files are
not being installed on a make install. 

I just committed an update to denemomanual.xml and images/Makefile.am. I
did not touch the denemo-manual.html because I thought that was supposed
to be auto-generated by docbook. 

The problem with the  denemo-manual.html linking to some images in doc
others in doc/images. I think its best if they are all linked to
doc/images. I have the images installing in that directory now.
