[Denemo-devel] Markup failing on durations toolbar

I've just been trying out a few things at random, and I noticed that the
markup is not working on the durations toolbar. There was a bug with
this that prevented the markup working if the toolbar until the routine
to set the markup was re-run (which is why it defaulted to being not on
view). Now it is staying showing the markup up text all the time. I'll
investigate.
