[Denemo-devel] correction to modes.diff patch

I'm afraid I inadvertently regressed some changes to the comments in
denemo_types.h in the patch I sent and the #ifdef in view.c. Here is the
correct patch against current cvs.
Internally, the names of the modes need re-working and some separators
and titles for the modes (they are grouped into two categories, 
Classic, Insert and Edit
and (entry-types) Notes, Rests, Blanks.
other things are in this menu that need to be moved elsewhere).
Note that for the pitch-recognition stuff I have abandoned trying to
overlay notes starting in the middle of a measure - without a proper
structure to represent a measure it just gets horrendous when you delete
things.
All a bit rushed I'm afraid, but I have built this
