Re: 3.3.9-test3 is released

I have sucessfully compiled ddd 3.3.9 test3 with both gcc 3.3.2 and with the HP 
compiler for HP-UX 11.0.

Both built out-of-the-box (I had to set CXXFLAGS to "-AA" for the HP compiler, 
as noted in PROBLEMS).

I know, another test release.  But we're getting really
close to that elusive 3.3.9 final release, I promise.
I apologise for the long delay, it's now been 6 weeks
since -test1 was released.  But we're almost there.

Please, give -test3 a spin, we've fixed yet more build
problems on various platforms.

Unless I've done something spectacularly wrong, -test3
will be the last test release before 3.3.9.  (Honest!)
