tracing backwards

Hello,

Wouldn't it be nice if besides being able to trace a program forward you
could trace it backwards (just like less, being better than more, allows
you to scroll in both directions)? Several times I want to backtrack some
few steps and then go forward again. Wouldn't that be a nice feature to
implement in ddd. This would mean storing all steps in memory but this
feature could be turned on or off or alternatively set to some user
defined value for the number of steps stored just like users can
set the size of their bash history. Wouldn't it be nice if users
could go backward while debugging in ddd, besides going forward?

Best Regards,

Thanks,

Neil
