ddd does not respond to functional keys

Hello ddd,

i have a problem with ddd
when i just started xserver and ran ddd functional keys are responding
but some time later they do not
when i start ddd some time after launcing x, functional keys may
already be not responding since ddd launch
by the words functional keys i mean that i try to press F5 for
example, trying to make step in debugging program, but, ddd ignores
that. i have to click button step on the ddd panel

is it really bug and i should send it to address@hidden ?
