Please reply to the list!
1. I am not your one personal support engineer.
(i.e. other people are also welcome to help.)
2. This information needs to be archived to the web page.
That way, people can do web searches before they ask
the same question next time.
Now, to your problem.
If you don't have libipc, then that is the problem. It
doesn't matter that "the package is installed". The
file is missing, and that needs to be fixed. (To prove
that this really *is* the problem, it's important to see
the last bit of your config.log file.)
