a Student''s Doubt

Dear sir,

     im using DDD3.3( gdb5.0 as inferior Debugger).

     im unable to debug different threads of a process by suspending one thread 
and resuming another thread as these options "Suspend" and "Resume" are not 
provided in this version.

      i want you to throw some light on this.
