Double Breakpoints and displays

ddd 3.3.1 on cygwin 1.3.2-1 using gdb 5.0

Hello,

I have a little problem.

Sometimes when I am using ddd I need to re-start the inferior debugger. My
problem is when gdb finishes reading the gdb.ini file, all the breakpoint
glyphs (stop signs) are doubled up and anything that was being displayed in the 
data
window is displayed twice. 

If I select the restart command from "File/Restart", the breakpoints don't
double up and the data window is fine.
