This is an OP-Chat bot.

No real manual is needed. Compile, start and then all messages that goes to the 
bot is sent to all op's.

Normal users can also send messages to it ie. Perfect to use when reporting 
fakeshare's and such.

Works with 0.2.x and 0.4.0 (and above?)

an opchat is included in the clientbot - also an possibility to contact an op 
via the '#help op' command
...better not to get the opchat 'flooded'

it's shouldn't be a problem to remove not needed parts from where(like you've 
done with an old version), or simply deaktivate some funktions ;)
