corrected user and oplist behavior -> lists always end with a 'double'-pipe
changed loginstage to get op/master hub-security incoming message displayed as 
private chat with dc++

changed a bit in loginstage to get behavior more close to nmdc-hub

with the op/userlist patch the nmdc-client don't send the 2 Vandel/Debug 
messages when entering hub ;)

In the first part of main_cnx_handshake.c.diff, I don't understand why you use 
send_stolen_gstr_to_luce instead of GLUS_SEND_TO_EVERYONE. If you do so, all 
already connected users will not known the incoming user is an OP because you 
don't send them the updated OpList.
