Hi Brian,

Where are you trying to download the file from? The download page is:

http://www.dazuko.org/downloads.shtml

You want to click on the dazuko-2.0.0.tar.gz link. Then the file should 
start downloading. Here is the complete link, if it helps:

http://www.dazuko.org/files/dazuko-2.0.0.tar.gz
