I think that this description is more or less up-to-date, except that
this step:

"- Copy the com.sun.javadoc package to your gjdoc directory"

is no longer necessary because Mark added the com.sun.javadoc
interface description to the gjdoc CVS repository (and perhaps removed
it from classpath proper?)
