Sorry for the late reply - I've just moved to uni with a very restrictive 
firewall & broken uni smtp server.

The output not including comments part was probably due to a buggy 
compiler. gcj compiled native code works fine. I will try again with other 
jvms when I get time. The program now seems to be working well for me - 
full classpath docs are looking good.
