[Cp-tools-discuss] update for FAQ: new location for TexiDoclet

Hi,

This is a message from the team that develops TexiDoclet, the doclet
for generating GNU texinfo.  The project is now part of the GNU
project and the development site has moved from:

 http://texidoclet.sourceforge.net/

to:

 http://www.gnu.org/software/cp-tools/texidoclet.en.html

As it is also now formally part of the GNU project, it is now called
"GNU TexiDoclet" not simply "TexiDoclet".

It would be great if you could update the wording and the link that
currently exists on your Javadoc FAQ page at:

 http://java.sun.com/j2se/javadoc/faq/index.html

to reflect the new project status.  Many thanks.
