[PATCH] tests: avoid ERRORs with no mntent.h

* tests/df/skip-duplicates.sh: Just skip this test if we fail
to build the shared lib.  This fails on Solaris 11 at least
due to no HAVE_MNTENT_H.  Note HAVE_SYS_MNTENT_H does not
suffice for this wrapper code.
* tests/df/no-mtab-status.sh: Likewise.
