Thank you for you reporting that problem.  It's appreciated.  We
didn't know it before this.

As a simple and quick fix I have updated the link to point to the
Wayback Machine's copy at archive.org.  It will take a few minutes for
the update to propagate but then it will be visible on that page
again.
