Summary:  Scale and Rotation interface to different

Original Submission:  Scale and rotation are currently not uniform, both are in 
invoked differently, which should be fixed.

The normal scale and rotate 'buttons' like in other vector drawing programms 
should do and should get rid of to many keypresses to remember.
