Good morning,

FYI, yesterday the IESG has approved the eponymous document as an
informational RFC. It came with some criticism (see IETF DNSOP mailing
list archive) and will serve a basis for future discussions involving
the work we did with P2P Names. The following document is now in the
RFC Editor queue pending an RFC number.
