ei his.
i am about to engage 'again' a table with pareters valueing featurings
from 0-10 points. I'm looking ideally to have 10 parameters with a
conceptual title, perhaps splitting them afterwards in 2 (0-5 points) or
5 (0-2 points) subparameters. The explain or needed specific features
for each would be explained in the table legend.
and then cross specific ongoing and planned projects and qualify them
with this points.
the other point nice to previously analize is that i am valueing the
'backstage' (or protocols) of the concret software project in another
table. the shareability of the data in another. the economic featuring
in another. and the ecologism (this may be irrelevant here) in another.
so no need to care about these sides for this table.
i should admit that i don't know yet if this qualifications could later
apply to other thing apart of software, but ideally i'd like it. it'd
would be like calculating the sociability featuring of a community,
apart of how free the project is in itself (although this 2 could share
some parameter or as shown below backstage freedom to be a sociability
parameter apart of having a full table for itself). so back to basics,
and thinking in plain software features, if you'd like to dump something
here that's ok.
some example:
grouping: diaspora 1 point, n-1.cc 4 points (or 5)
grouping legend:
1-allows nodes relations
2-allows nodes moderated relations
3-allows groups
4-allow subgroups
5-allow subgroups and groups moderated relations
discussion:
post to group, post to collection of friends, forum feature rich,
mailinglist, etc
federation:
I like, RSS, ostatus, etc
privacy options:
permissions, permission per grups, custom groups permissions, gpg, etc
thematism: (content aggrupation)
etc
personal data management:
etc
backstage freedom: (see this other table)
security:
cake to break, hard, etc
usability:
accesibility, server loading, notifiability, taste, etc
more featurings:
etc
*******
example doubt: follower, friend, friend of friend, etc featuring
belongs to federation(+0) or to grouping (+1)?
etc
**
I don't promise doing a big job for now, i am just willing to play a
little for now. it's not that far to get something fair decent i guess.
