Sort of... it appears that GCCSDK (whatever that is) groups and distributes several GNU packages; your errors from earlier suggest that the problems were encountered with the version of either GNU Automake or GNU Binutils packaged as part of GCCSDK. Whoever distributes GCCSDK is of course free to distribute versions of those packages modified by updating config.guess and config.sub as long as they follow the GPL rules for distributing modified versions. (GNU/Linux distributions routinely do that and more.)
