Attached is a patch I made in the FreeBSD ports tree which adds a new
platform, powerpcspe-*-freebsd*, to config.sub. The powerpcspe arch is
brand new in FreeBSD 12.0, targeting NXP/Freescale e500-class PowerPC
SoCs with the Signal Processing Engine APU, so is binary-incompatible
with other powerpc architectures.
