I worked around it using --build=amd64-unknown-linux-gnu

Thanks, you've sent a report with a timestamp that is less than 10

The problem is that OneFS isn't recognised, of course.  I'll keep this
message in my patch queue and I'll get the support added to
config.guess.  In the meantime, does it work to configure with
--build=amd64-freebsd?
