Wgrib2 problem

Dear Sir/Madam,
Now I try to install wgrib2 to my computer.
I have updated (acaux/config.guess) by copying from this link 
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=config.git;a=tree.
But my system just occured the same error as before.
Please check the following data and give me some advice
