config.guess fails on xeon phi

Hi!

I tried running config.guess on a xeon phi.  In the latest version, the script
fails to recognize the the environment.  I'm providing the output of
config.guess on the device and some additional info from the host that might
help in determining the exact type of the device.  If you need any additional
info I'll be happy to provide it.
