Support for MIPS r5900

Hello,

I created a patch for config.sub which adds support for the MIPS r5900 CPU 
which is used in the Sony Playstation 2. It would be nice if the attached patch 
could be accepted.

This is related to the submitted patch for the binutils:

If nobody knows what a vr5900 CPU is, the lines containing the string "vr5900" 
can be deleted in config.sub. Chewi said at 
http://forums.ps2dev.org/viewtopic.php?t=8409&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=46 
that the "v" was added in error. I also think this. So you could also remove 
the "v" to fix the error.
