    * libfshelp/fshelp.h (fshelp_rlock_po_fini): New inline function.
    * libdiskfs/peropen-rele.c (diskfs_release_peropen): Call 
fshelp_rlock_po_fini.
    * libnetfs/release-peropen.c (netfs_release_peropen): Likewise.
