    Increase default thread stack to 8MiB
    
    Linux' default is 8MiB and applications sometimes assume as much.
    
    * sysdeps/mach/hurd/pt-sysdep.h (PTHREAD_STACK_DEFAULT): Set macro to
    8MiB.
