    Clean debugging macro
    
    * util.h (debug): Rename into...
    (devnode_debug): ... new macro. Catenate formats instead of using snprintf
    in a fixed-size buffer.
    * devnode.c (ds_device_open, trivfs_goaway): Use devnode_debug instead of
    debug.
