    Add partitioning reload support to ahci
    
    * linux/dev/drivers/block/ahci.c (port): Add `gd' field.
    (ahci_ioctl): New function.
    (ahci_fops): Fill `ioctl' field with `ahci_ioctl'.
    (ahci_probe_pci): Fill `gd' field with `gd'.
