Details:

While looking at the API docs at http://developer.classpath.org/ I noticed
that some field value strings are showing as empty strings, for example, take
a look at the string constants defined in javax.swing.Action.  I checked the
source code and the strings do have real values, they're just not appearing
in the docs.
