[Circe-help] Micropatch

I hope it's not a problem that I send this mail here...

I noticed that there's no default port in the 'circe' function, so I
though it would be a good idea to make 6667 the default. Without this
patch the connect hangs if you don't enter a port. So I made this
micropatch..

Or maybe 'port' could be a prefix argument and default to 6667?
