[ANN] sdl2 0.4 released

Hello all,

Version 0.4 of the sdl2 egg is now available for CHICKEN 4 and 5:

This release adds many new features, and type declarations for over 500
procedures to provide improved compile-time checks. It also has a few
small changes that break backward compatibility. See the CHANGELOG for

spearheading an effort to reduce error-checking boilerplate.
