sorry for being so braindead. Intertubes helpzed.

It is "set CSC_OPTIONS [...]" for setting the enviroment variable.
Unfortunatly, neither your attempt, nor some possible permutations helped. I
was so desperate that I even tried to pause the installation and ninja-copy all 
those openssl files
into the temp directory in C:\Users\<user>\Appdata\Local\Temp\[..]. Yeah, dont
laugh.. 8-/ 

I will try tomorrow.
