Ah thanks for these corrections! I agree with all your points and will
put up an update. I will put this on a Talks page in the wiki, maybe
even link to the introduction from the starting page.

Ah, that's a stupid rendering error from magicpoint, it was ok in the
original slides shown.  I will try to fix it.
