Just a small note to report that I've changed the default charset of
the wiki from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8. Previously Svnwiki only supported
ISO-8859-1, whereas now it's possible to specify what charset you want
it to use (and it uses UTF-8 by default).
I've converted all files that weren't in us-ascii (Acknowledgements
and users) from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8.
