Nope.  Not knowing anything about it, or ever having heard of it, why should I?


It requires the extra dependency of Interix, but it's still Windows.
  

Sounds like a proprietary Unix compatibility layer.  No Windows Native developers are going to be running it.

Sounds worse than saying all the Windows developers should just run Cygwin.
